SWiTCH (South Asian Women in Tech, Community Hub) Network Inc. is a CA Non-Profit and a community founded by four South Asian women (Ragini, Revathy, Preethi, and Nandini) who came together with a shared goal to create space, visibility, and momentum for women like us in tech.

We know firsthand the challenges of navigating the industry without a roadmap, role models, or rooms where we truly feel seen. That’s why we’re building something different. SWiTCH is a growing, intergenerational network that empowers South Asian women across functions, experiences, and aspirations.
